The High Sierra region of California, which encompasses the areas around Lake Tahoe and several national parks, is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys natural beauty, abundant attractions, and plenty of things to see and do. This shrine to the power and formative power of nature is a great place to look at real estate and homes for sale. Yosemite Valley is home to such scenic sites as Eagle Peak, North Dome, Ribbon Fall, Royal Arches, Lost Arrow, Sentinel Dome, Nevada Fall, Yosemite Falls, and Cathedral Spires.
