Pian delle More is a family-run business building quality homes. Our background is in the world of restoration and antiques, and throughout many years spent in this field, a desire to take care of and restore historic property to new life, or simply just ‘old’ property, has always inspired us. We therefore carried our enthusiasm with us into the building sphere, with the aim of creating our own symbol of quality and harmony. With this in mind we give precedence to the countryside, and certainly always choose that are in some way special. The care that we take in our choice of location is the same care we apply throughout the entire work cycle and therefore we deal with just one project at a time, following each phase attentively. We prioritise the use of new and modern materials, as they have better characteristics than those of traditional, craftsman-made, origin, and, wherever possible, we try to use recuperated material. Green areas are also carefully planned, so as to provide pleasing surroundings for all our homes, and we are very often motivated by principles of bio-architecture.
