Property Description
The property is located only 4 blocks walking distance from the world famous square in the central park of Antigua. The building is of historical nature and follows the outside architecture of most properties in Antigua.

The entry way is wide and accommodates an antique bench and two glass tables on a busy, cobblestone street. This is where we drink our coffee in the morning!

The reception area greets you as you enter, with a small book exchange and collaged desk surface. This area also contains the downstairs bar, an intimate space with a very unique flair.

A billiard room with a dartboard faces the street.

Down an open air court yard corridor you pass first the small but efficient kitchen, then three guest rooms fronted by hammocks.

In the back is a two bedroom house, which we have converted into three guest rooms, then there is a well kept and spacious garden and finally, half a block distant from the entrance is a one room living quarter or office.

The front stairs lead you up stairs into a cozy lounge area with a sofa and comfy chairs with a 42¨ Flat Screen Television, perfect for movies and important football games.

Situated on the second story and rich with plant life and hanging vines, this jewel of a terrace is a great place to enjoy the sunset and the stars of the night sky.

The spacious, breezy bar boasts a grill and a pizza oven and a nearby bonfire pit.

Seating ranges from a sofa to a large ten-person table to a semi-private nook with garden chairs.

This area offering guests one of the picturesque unobstructed views of the Volcano’s in all of Antigua.

The restaurant operates from 8:00 till 11:00 daily offering a complete menu with one of the best burgers in the area.

Antigua is one of Guatemala’s biggest tourist attractions: a charming colonial town with great food and nightlife, fascinating colonial ruins and a number of markets offering colorful handicrafts. Still, visitors may want to get out of town for a day: here are some options.

If you come to Guatemala, you come to Antigua. Situated just 45 minutes from Guatemala City´s International Airport, an hour and twenty from a Cruise Ship Port and a hub for shuttles and busses arriving from all over Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras and the beaches of El Salvador, this is a major tourist hub which was recently visited by Paris Hilton and millions of others.

The vast majority of these visitors pass directly in front of our door on foot. In considering the purchase of a business location is all that a buyer here’s from the seller.

Kafka’s location takes two forms geographic position to capture clients. Why? We can talk bout the visitors to Guatemala however, no one tracks the millions of visitors that travel through Panama from the south on extended vacations departing out of Mexico.
